Acceptance when you add a project

By submitting, uploading, linking, or otherwise adding a project to e-commerce.lol, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not add a project.

Adding a project is your affirmative acceptance of these terms, including the prohibited content rules below. You are responsible for the URL, description, and any other material you submit.

What this site is

e-commerce.lol is a lightweight, for-fun board where people can showcase a project by replacing the currently featured one. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of availability, ranking, visibility, or continued listing.

Your responsibilities

When you add a project, you represent and warrant that:

• you have the right to share the project and its description;
• the project and description comply with these Terms;
• the project does not contain or promote any prohibited content listed below;
• you will not attempt to abuse, spam, or disrupt the site or other users.

Prohibited content

The following content is not allowed on e-commerce.lol. Projects that include, link to, promote, or facilitate any of the below may be removed without notice:

• Pornography, sexual content, or sexually explicit material of any kind
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes hostility toward people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or content that promotes, glorifies, or assists terrorist or extremist activity
• Violence, graphic harm, or content that threatens, harasses, or encourages harm to people or animals
• Scams, phishing, fraud, malwareware, malwareware, or other deceptive or malicious activity
• Illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or other clearly illegal goods or services
• Copyright-infringing, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained content
• Spam, malware, or deliberately misleading projects
• Any other content that is unlawful, exploitative, or harmful

Moderation and removal

We may review, refuse, edit, hide, or permanently remove any project at our sole discretion, including for suspected violations of these Terms or for any other reason. We are not obligated to monitor every submission, but we may act when we become aware of a problem.

Projects listed on this site are submitted by users. e-commerce.lol does not endorse submitted projects and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, or claims. Use the site and visit linked projects at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site, including adding a project after changes are posted, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
